Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened feeding products, used baby care items, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — no return required.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
